Richard Foster

Richard Foster is the Director of the Adventist Outreach Ministries.  He has worked with the pantry for over 30 plus years.  Matthew 25:35 is what he lives by.  Richard counts it a blessing to serve other not only in Avondale but the greater tri-state area as well. .  He is active in his church the  Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church.
